on neopets can the Secret Laboratory Map change you neopet to a "chiristmas" neopet... "baby" neopet... "royal" neopet... "fearie" neopet etc... like can it do that... what can it do? and why is it so rare?

Yes it can, it also can change your pet into colors that you can only get through the SLM. Maybe that's why its so rare. I believe that there are 9 pieces in the map, and out of the nine I believe that maybe 2 of them are expensive.
